Louisville Chicken Salad.


Tender chicken blended with sweet and spicy pecans and fused with a seasoned mayonnaise. Terrific served with crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and onion, on our crunchy Dakota bread (as pictured).

Sesame Chicken Grain Bowl


Grilled chicken, peanuts, and cashews on a bed of fresh greens and cabbage. Tossed with carrots sesame seeds, toasted wheat berries, quinoa, and our incredible house-made Miso vinaigrette.
Great Harvest's Easy French Toast Casserole Recipe:


Ingredients:

  • 1 Loaf of Great Harvest Golden Wheat Cinnamon Chip Bread
  • 8 Eggs
  • 3 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Cup of Raisins
  • 4 T Brown Sugar
  • 2 t Vanilla
  • 2 t Cinnamon
  • 3/4 t salt (optional)

Topping:

  • 1 T Cinnamon
  • 3 T Butter (cubed)
  • 3 T Brown Sugar



Directions:

Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, brown sugar, raisins, vanilla, 2 teaspoon cinnamon and salt. Mix in bread until all bread is wet. Put bread mixture into prepared baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 min. before baking. Dot with butter. Combine sugar and remaining cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for 45-50min., or until a knife inserted near the middle comes out clean. Serve with your favorite syrup.
