 Monday, March 27, 2017 We’re hiring for Local Farmers’ Market Sales positions:  
                                                                                                          
  • Saturdays May 1- October 31st 
  • Shifts from  6:30am-1:30pm
  • Interested candidates must be 18 years of age
  • Able to lift 60lbs.
  • Each candidate will need to provide their own vehicle to transport the bread to the Farmers' Market.  Vehicle must be able to hold a tent, 2 folding tables and 80-100 loaves of bread- Mini Van or SUV works best. (Auto stipend of $10.00/week is provided). 
  • Hourly wage of $8.50/hour plus 2 loaves of FREE bread to take home.

We will only consider outgoing, fun-loving candidates who are willing to work hard selling the best bread in town at the best Farmers’ Markets in town!
Great Harvest's Easy French Toast Casserole Recipe:


Ingredients:

  • 1 Loaf of Great Harvest Golden Wheat Cinnamon Chip Bread
  • 8 Eggs
  • 3 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Cup of Raisins
  • 4 T Brown Sugar
  • 2 t Vanilla
  • 2 t Cinnamon
  • 3/4 t salt (optional)

Topping:

  • 1 T Cinnamon
  • 3 T Butter (cubed)
  • 3 T Brown Sugar



Directions:

Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, brown sugar, raisins, vanilla, 2 teaspoon cinnamon and salt. Mix in bread until all bread is wet. Put bread mixture into prepared baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 min. before baking. Dot with butter. Combine sugar and remaining cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for 45-50min., or until a knife inserted near the middle comes out clean. Serve with your favorite syrup.
